Akakabuto is the bloodthirsty Ohu-mountains terrorist bear. For example it has killed Riki's father Shiro and Riki himself - or so it was thought. Akakabuto hates Gohe Takeda, for the fact that Gohe shot Akakabuto's right eye blind. It lives in the Futago-pass and recruits more bears agaist the wilddogs chasing it. Best description for the bear wide, red stripe on it's back and ofcourse the missing right eye.
