Ran-soldier. Noroi has given him a snake-armor which protects him. The spikes in the armor contain poison that paralyzes the opponent.
His attack is Ran Daryushin-Battoga. Kurotora fought against Hyakkiga and won, but later Noroi accedently killed Hyakkiga by throwing a bambu stick toward Gin which then hit Hyakkiga.
